V\u00edcem\u00e9n\u011b frustrovan\u00e9mu obecenstvu jsem p\u0159ednesl, \u017ee svoboda slova je bu\u010f absolutn\u00ed nebo \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1, tud\u00ed\u017e o svobod\u011b slova v \u010cesku nem\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt v\u016fbec \u0159e\u010d. Zase jsem obdr\u017eel od komentuj\u00edc\u00edch mnoho invektiv a strhuj\u00edc\u00edch obvin\u011bn\u00ed. Je \u017ealostn\u00e9 sledovat a pro\u010d\u00edtat odpov\u011bdi lid\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed bu\u010f neum\u00ed argumentovat nebo v\u016fbec nerozum\u00ed podstat\u011b v\u011bci, v tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b konceptu svobody slova. Je to ta masovost a jednotnost v n\u00e1zorech a my\u0161len\u00ed t\u011bchto lid\u00ed. Skoro jako by ka\u017ed\u00e9 r\u00e1no pili n\u011bjak\u00fd p\u0159edepsan\u00fd lektvar, kter\u00fd ochromuje kritick\u00e9 my\u0161len\u00ed a p\u0159iv\u00e1d\u00ed jejich mysl do statutu my\u0161len\u00ed masov\u00e9ho. Je to jeden z nejfascinovan\u011bj\u0161\u00edch fenom\u00e9n\u016f pasivn\u00ed kontroly a jeho porozum\u011bn\u00ed d\u00e1v\u00e1 mal\u00e9mu po\u010dtu manipul\u00e1tor\u016f z \u0159ad politik\u016f, m\u00e9dii \u010di oligarch\u016f neskute\u010dnou moc nad miliony lid\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Koncept svobody slova ve sv\u00e9 absolutn\u00ed podob\u011b m\u00e1 sv\u00e9 hranice vymezen\u00e9 nikoliv st\u00e1tn\u00ed \u010di jinou abstraktn\u00ed moc\u00ed, n\u00fdbr\u017e lidmi samotn\u00fdmi. Lidmi sd\u00edlej\u00edc\u00edmi spole\u010dn\u00e9 hodnoty, tradice a kulturu. Takov\u00e1 korekce m\u00e1 potom okam\u017eit\u00fd a dlouhotrvaj\u00edc\u00ed dopad na celou spole\u010dnost a komunitu. D\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdm st\u0159edobodem toho maxima je to, \u017ee lid\u00e9 rozum\u00ed a um\u00ed aplikovat mor\u00e1ln\u00ed ethos v podob\u011b osobn\u00ed zodpov\u011bdnosti za sv\u00e9 chov\u00e1n\u00ed a \u010diny a tak\u00e9, \u017ee praktikuj\u00ed z\u00e1kladn\u00ed mravn\u00ed teor\u00e9m neboli tzv. Zlat\u00e9 pravidlo. Tento princip etiky prosazuje chovat se k\u00a0ostatn\u00edm tak, jak bychom cht\u011bli, aby se oni chovali k\u00a0n\u00e1m. A v\u00a0tom je cel\u00fd zakopan\u00fd pes! Bohu\u017eel pro mnoh\u00e9 naprosto nep\u0159edstaviteln\u00e1 vize, \u017ee by st\u00e1t p\u0159estal regulovat chov\u00e1n\u00ed lid\u00ed. Nen\u00ed t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 porozum\u011bt tomu, \u017ee nap\u0159\u00edklad n\u00e1bo\u017eenstv\u00ed, ekonomick\u00e9 t\u0159\u00eddy, etnikum atd. p\u0159edstavuj\u00ed dominantn\u00ed pojmy v\u00a0jak\u00e9koliv spole\u010dnosti, kter\u00e9 se daj\u00ed lehce zneu\u017e\u00edt k\u00a0politice <em>\u201erozd\u011bl a panuj\u201c<\/em>, tedy demokracii. Ta potom ve snaze ochr\u00e1nit tu \u010di onu skupinu omezuje a reguluje svobodu slova, co\u017e nakonec vede k\u00a0tomu, \u017ee je lidem odebr\u00e1na osobn\u00ed zodpov\u011bdnost. Nakonec ani ta ochrana nesta\u010d\u00ed a st\u00e1t ve sv\u00e9 snaze d\u011blat <em>\u201edobro\u201c<\/em> kon\u010d\u00ed svobodu slova cenzurou, totalitou a tyranii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V&nbsp;diskusi mi do v\u0161ech \u010dert\u016f sp\u00edlaj\u00edc\u00ed koment\u00e1to\u0159i v\u016fbec nev\u011bd\u011bli, kter\u00e1 bije. Snad z&nbsp;p\u0159eh\u0159\u00e1t\u00ed mozkov\u00fdch dutin za\u010dali n\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed \u00fapln\u011b zbrkle hovo\u0159it o Goebbelsovi, svobod\u011b lhan\u00ed nebo pohybu. Nem\u00e1m jim to za zl\u00e9. Lid\u00e9 v&nbsp;\u010cesku nev\u011bd\u00ed a nikdy defacto nev\u011bd\u011bli, co to ta svoboda slova \u010di osobn\u00ed zodpov\u011bdnost v\u016fbec znamen\u00e1, nemaj\u00ed to nikde ukotven\u00e9 v&nbsp;historii, kultu\u0159e nebo politick\u00e9m z\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. Nen\u00ed proto divu, \u017ee po 30. letech \u010cesko op\u011btovn\u011b kon\u010d\u00ed v&nbsp;normaliza\u010dn\u00edm my\u0161lenkov\u00e9m proudu, ze kter\u00e9ho nejv\u00edce t\u011b\u017e\u00ed st\u00e1tn\u00ed moc. Tud\u00ed\u017e tu m\u00e1me zaj\u00edmav\u00fd paradox v&nbsp;sou\u010dasn\u00e9m \u010cesku a to, \u017ee a\u010dkoliv lid\u00e9 p\u0159i\u0161li o tu fyzickou \u017deleznou oponu, v&nbsp;my\u0161len\u00ed jsou mnoz\u00ed st\u00e1le za n\u00ed. Lid\u00e9 se myln\u011b domn\u00edvaj\u00ed, \u017ee svoboda je mo\u017enost cestovat, nakupovat v&nbsp;obchodn\u00edch domech a m\u00edt v\u0161eho dostatek nebo i nad m\u00edru. Jen\u017ee to je omyl. Tyto materi\u00e1ln\u00ed statky nejsou pil\u00ed\u0159i svobodn\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti, jednak mohou zmizet tak rychle jak se objevily v&nbsp;reg\u00e1lech obchod\u016f a televizn\u00edch reklam ale hlavn\u011b op\u00edjej\u00ed lidsk\u00fd rozum h\u00e9donismem omezuj\u00edc\u00ed jejich fundament\u00e1ln\u00ed byt\u00ed, kter\u00e9 nespo\u010d\u00edv\u00e1 v&nbsp;hmotn\u00e9m ale du\u0161evn\u00edm pro\u017eitku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jsem si samoz\u0159ejm\u011b v\u011bdom toho, \u017ee koncept svobody slova popsan\u00fd v&nbsp;t\u00e9to eseji nen\u00ed mo\u017en\u00fd v&nbsp;sou\u010dasn\u00e9m \u010cesku zav\u00e9st. N\u011bkter\u00e9 d\u016fvody zde ji\u017e uv\u00e1d\u00edm, ale tak\u00e9 proto, \u017ee by se muselo \u00fapln\u011b zm\u011bnit my\u0161len\u00ed lid\u00ed a to bohu\u017eel nejde ud\u011blat ze dne na den. To neznamen\u00e1, \u017ee by se o to nem\u011blo usilovat a u\u017e v\u016fbec p\u0159estat diskutovat.
